Supply Chain Management Executive [Non-experienced Welcome]

Non-experienced candidates with educational background in supply chain related are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Daily Operational Management: Handle all tasks related to import/export shipments, including execution, documentation follow-up, declaring permits, and invoicing for both customers and vendors.
• Timely Process Execution: Ensure all import/export procedures are completed promptly.
• Documentation: Prepare sales, shipping, LC negotiation, insurance, and other necessary documents in accordance with customer requirements and import/export regulations.
• Coordination: Coordinate with suppliers, customers, shipping and forwarding agencies, insurance companies, and banks for shipments related matters.
• Inventory Management: Manage inventory and plan deliveries efficiently.

Requirements:
Non-experienced candidates are welcomed.

• Candidates with 1 - 2 years of shipping and/or supply chain experience will be preferred.
• At least a Diploma or Degree in Business, Supply Chain or the equivalent
• Proficiency in MS Office specifically Excel and PowerPoint to run analysis & visualization and for reporting purpose
