Our client, a renowned gourmet snacks brand, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimize supply chain operations across Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end supply chain process within the FMCG, F&B, and retail sectors, ensuring smooth product flow, timely delivery, and effective inventory management. You will also manage one executive and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve supply chain goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the end-to-end supply chain process across Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand, ensuring efficient procurement, distribution, and delivery.
- Manage and mentor 1 executive, providing guidance and support to enhance team performance and operational efficiency.
- Monitor inventory levels across multiple regions, ensuring stock availability while minimizing excess inventory.
- Work closely with suppliers and vendors to maintain strong relationships and secure favorable terms.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize supply chain processes, improve productivity, and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards in the F&B and retail sectors.
- Analyze supply chain performance and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply chain operations with business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in supply chain management within FMCG, F&B, or retail industries.
- Regional experience, with familiarity managing supply chains in Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and develop a team.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
