Job Description
Job Objective:
- Support planning of Plan master production schedule with the material, demand and forecasting requirements.
- Raw material planning to support production consumption.
- Maintain operational efficiency by productive capacity and productivity.
Core Responsibilities:
- Plan master production schedule to develop accurate and effective planning for production and materials.
- Coordinate with all levels of personnel to monitor the situation of demands and supply and address any issues that arise.
- Plan the lubricants list for logistic arrangement to strategy partner.
- Simulation of capacity requirement for any insertion orders or project orders.
- Prepare and analysis reports.
- Work with superior to review and resolve the challenges.
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Specifications:
Minimum education qualifications:
- Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics or relevant field
Minimum years of experience:
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain Management planning of manufacturing of supplies or consumables products.
- Experience in oil and lubricant industry is an advantage

- Good planning and analytical skills.
- Team player, self-driven and able to work with a sense of urgency.
- Ability to adapt to dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
- Strong communication skills
- Competent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and databases.
- Basic knowledge of supply chain processes and SAP B1.
