What you will do:
As the Supply Chain Lead, you will provide essential operational support to the Logistics & Distribution (L&D) organization, focusing on cost analysis, modelling, reporting, budgeting and digitization. You will also be required to collaborate closely with supply chain stakeholders to conduct operational efficiency and optimization studies, and to develop and implement continuous improvement projects and roadmaps.
How you will do it:
Prepare & review weekly or monthly L&D management reports and presentation materials, providing suitable analytics, insights and improvement recommendations.
Manage governance, cadence and rollout for APAC level KPIs and reporting.
Implement controls and improvement mechanisms for KPIs and reports to ensure a predictive rather than reactive operation.
Develop L&D policies and procedures in accordance with Global JCI policies and SOX requirements.
Leverage on existing tools to collect and analyze data, procedural activities, and information flows to assess the efficiency and costs of supply chain processes.
Conduct cost and efficiency analyses for L&D projects and processes, developing appropriate templates and models for tracking and monitoring.
Lead and drive the execution of L&D programs and initiatives, including Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR), Business Control Center meetings (BCC), System integrations, Continuous improvements projects and Digitization.
Engage in Operational Excellence culture-building programs and collaborate with regional teams to foster a continuous improvement environment.
Support any ad hoc projects as assigned by the supervisor.
What we look for:
Degree holder.
Certified Lean Six Sigma Yellow/Green Belt (preferred).
APICS CPIM/CSCP (preferred)
Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience within an MNC environment, preferably with experience as a Business/Financial/Supply Chain Analyst.
IT savvy with advanced Microsoft Excel skills, and working knowledge of Power BI and Power Automate tools
Experience using SAP /Oracle with general knowledge of ERP processes /data architecture
Enthusiastic individual with high initiative; embraces challenges in a dynamic environment.
A team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent command of English with strong business report writing and presentation skills.
Able to work under pressure with multiple projects while meeting challenging deadlines.
Analytical and logical, with the ability and confidence to present to senior management.
