Key Responsibilities
Material Management and Supply Planning
- Develop, monitor, and optimize inventory replenishment models and supply execution strategies to effectively support manufacturing and minimize waste. This includes forecast and material requirements planning (MRP), safety stock (SS), reorder point (ROP) and lead time maintenance as well as part/material obsolescence management.
- Publish material forecasts, manage supplier commitments, monitor forecast accuracy and work with suppliers and business partners to address any concerns in demand volume and timing.
- Manage inventory scheduling and delivery and make order adjustments with suppliers as necessary due to scheduling or availability changes. Expedite and elevate delivery issues as needed to ensure continuity of supply.
- Address inventory shortage issues and resolve root cause.
Stakeholder Engagement & Business Partnering
- Work with partners to monitor performance of key process indicators through aligned metrics with driven root cause and action.
- Provide input to leadership on the building and implementing of department strategies, processes, and policy through active participation on teams and projects.
- Work with direct and cross-functional teams to implement and execute global strategic direction in supply fulfillment and inventory management.
- Enable and support automation of procurement processes and metrics.
- Drive customer-centric approach to solving issues and positively representing Procurement.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field of study.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Purchasing/Procurement or Supply chain preferred.
- Professional Procurement Certification (CPIM, APICS, etc) preferred.
- Proficient in O365, SharePoint, Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent will be an added advantage.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to be a persuasive advocate.
