Support Analyst

. Having 6+ years of expertise in application support,

. Having good understanding and exposure to SQL language,

. Having proven experience on issues and root causes analysis

. Experience in scripting languages (Windows or Unix) and command lines (Linux)

. Experience supporting applications using Kafka and API

. Having good experience in managing incidents, requests and problems resolution,

. Ability to support multiple applications in parallel,

. Experience using Jira, Metis and Confluence tools,

. Experience monitoring CTRL-M jobs,

. Assess priorities and act accordingly

. Understand concepts of IT Production environment and deployment process,

. Understand concepts of ITIL.
