Support Analyst

. Should have 4+ years experience in application support activity.

. ITIL certification.

. Good understanding of Capital Markets Domain and market activities.

. Relevant experience on Asset Control software

. Exposure to the Capital Markets with proficiency in financial instruments (Bonds, Rates, Equity, etc..), trading lifecycle and specifically market data.

. Relevant experience with working with external source like Bloomberg, reuters

. Expertise in static market data with knowledge of data types, sources, and uses within financial systems, including reference data, price data.

. Proven experience in technical proficiency with strong skills in SQL,

. High level of proficiency in unix/linux scripting.

. Should be able to do

o SLA & KPI management, client communication & interaction

o Predictive analysis, consulting, escalation management

o Risk analysis and project execution

o Appetite for continuous improvement and automation.

o Strong knowledge in XML, PL/SQL, MQ, CFT and Control-M.

o Knowledge of monitoring solutions (E.g ITRS Geneos, Elastic Search)

o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

o Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
