Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-line support for technical issues via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and networking problems.
  • Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications, and hardware.
  • Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security.
  • Assist in the setup and deployment of new hardware and software.
  • Create and maintain documentation for processes, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
  • Collaborate with other IT team members to improve processes and resolve complex issues.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on new technologies and tools.
  • Any ad-hoc matter assigned by superior.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a relate field and above.
  • At least 2 years of proven experience in IT support or a similar role.
  • Experience in system engineering, IT support, or a related role are advantageous.
  • Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows 10, 11 & Server) and office productivity software.
  • Basic networking fundamentals.
  • Experience with remote support tools and ticketing systems.
  • Understanding of security principles and practices.
  • Proficient in MS Office such as PowerPoint, Excel, Words etc
