Response to customer reported fault and/or requested service through on site visit or remote programming/rectification
Carried out faulty items vertification before final RMA
Assist in projects such as project managemen, installation, integration, configuration, analysis of possible solution, preventive-maintenance and third party testingas well as carried-out demo.
Perform day-to-day telephony support function for customer locally as well as regional office
Provide support and backup to Contact Centre activities as well as maintaining technical interface relationship with vendor/supplier.
Perform preventive maingenance for customer as allocated and scheduled.
Daily liaison with networking team to ensure telephony configurations are adequate and appropriate.
