Sustainability Consultant

a) Carry out Sustainability Assessment of projects using relevant environmental certification standards (Green Mark, LEED, WELL, Fitwel, RESET etc.)
b) Perform calculations to determine compliance/adherence to sustainability indices (energy/water calculations, cost-benefit, return-of-investment etc)
c) Perform simulations (solar, thermal, ventilation, energy) to enhance sustainability concept of design
d) Lead/engage in design workshops/presentations
e) Project Management
