4) All Sustainability Projects: -
a. EV Charging System (MNL)
5) Landscape & rented plants (Treescapes);
6) Refuse Disposal (KL Enviro)
Key Focus on 18/20/22CS and 181SBR - Operation:Operation Support and Services :
1) Monitor and provide Quarterly ESG reports on sustainability. Track and submit monthly consumption, analyses/track elect, chilled water, water and waste recycling datas for GM renewals.
2) Review of sustainability efforts include sustainability procurement, waste reuse, recycling, ensure sustainable practice clauses are proposed for all 3rd Party/Tenants contract;
3) Provide Sustainability Manual and ensure compliance;
4) Host and admin at least 1 tenant event / initiative every Qtr;
Provide monthly, qtrly and yearly environmental data;
5) Overall Utility Tracking including all Meter readings;
6) Annual Mandatory Waste Reporting (NEA)
Every 1st week of the month to request the previous month data from the following parties:
Monthly Waste & Recycling Report KL Enviro Pte Ltd, Ms Lingzhu Ng ([Confidential Information])
Monthly E-waste bin collection data - ALBA E-Waste Smart Recycling Pte Ltd, Mr Tan Philip ([HIDDEN TEXT])
AEI
i. Fortnightly project update meeting with C&B and ISG
ii. Coordination meeting and site inspection with ON Engineers and ISG/A-Power for works to be carried out during the annual shutdown
iii. Meet Cundall & Greenmark consultant to discuss and verify information on Blk 181 & Blk 22
iv. Attend briefing by ISG Greenmark consultant on project requirements
v. Taking over upgraded areas from ISG with site inspection and monitor defects list together with Project Manager
vi. Review upcoming 5-yearly structural inspection of 20CS with respect to AEI plan for 20CS
vii. Discussion and co-ordinating with ISG and C&B regarding L1 lobby hoarding progress
viii. Compiling utilities recovery due to AEI works and billing to Project Team
Adhoc Roles and Responsibilities :
1) Annual HT/LT Shutdown;
2) Support FC Renewal Inspection & Pre-Test;
3) Support 2 x Fire Drill + 2 x Table Top Exercises;
4) Attendance to Emergency and Incident Mgmt;
5) Minute recording, wherever applicable
6) Tenant Engagement & Survey including liaising/coordinating with Tenants on the proposed Sustainability Committee
Licenses/ Certification / Compliances Issues:
1) Green Mark Gold + Renewal (3 yearly);
2) Energy Audit (IAQ report);
3) Sustainability Initiatives;
4) Tracking of Bldg overall EUI;KPIs:
- Create PO in OMS within 2 working days upon receipt of request/Quote;
- Pay all APs within 60 days upon receipts of invoice;
- Monitor/provide qtrly ESG report,
- Response to all Svc Request within 30mins for Emergency and 24hr for non-emergency;
