Job Description
Strategic Leadership:
Develop and execute a comprehensive cloud and testing strategy aligned with business objectives.
Establish the vision, goals, and roadmaps for the Cloud and Testing Center of Excellence.
Advocate for cloud and testing adoption and articulate the benefits and value to stakeholders.
Governance and Compliance:
Define and implement cloud and testing governance policies and best practices.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
Monitor and enforce cloud usage policies to prevent cost overruns and security breaches.
Architecture and Design (cloud)
Oversee the Cloud design and architecture of scalable, secure, and resilient cloud solutions.
Collaborate with IT and development teams to ensure cloud architectures meet technical and business requirements.
Evaluate and select appropriate cloud technologies and services.
Operational Excellence:
Lead the development and implementation of cloud operational practices, including monitoring, incident management, and disaster recovery.
Implement automation tools and processes to optimize cloud operations.
Ensure high availability and performance of cloud environments.
Develop and foster strong partnership with Product Teams and Business Functions to automate testing and reduce their pain-points and eliminate any inefficient processes and create a seamless flow for a more differentiated customer and adviser experience.
Team Leadership and Development:
Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing Cloud Center of Excellence teams.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, trust, and collaboration.
Provide training and development opportunities to team members.
Financial Management:
Manage the cloud and testing budget, including cost forecasting, optimization, and reporting.
Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities.
Innovation and Continuous Improvement:
Stay up to date with emerging cloud and testing technologies, trends, and best practices.
Continuously evaluate and improve the CCoE and Testing processes and methodologies.
Job Requirement
10+ years of experience in cloud computing, including strategy, and operations.
Proven experience leading and managing cross-functional teams.
Experience with major cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
Experience in test automation tools, frameworks, and quality assurance.
Strong background in developing and implementing testing strategies and methodologies.
Proven experience in a leadership role.
Strong leadership and team-building skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
Education
Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field/
