We are seeking a highly motivated and Infrastructure Engineer with expertise in Linux and Windows operating systems and workfor projects with a leading bank.

Mandatory Skill-set

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering;
• 2+ years of experience in ITInfrastructure environment;
• Exposurein handling incident, change management process;
• Experience of working on Linux,Windows and VMwareserver;
• Experience as a System administrator, providesupport ,troubleshoot and maintain computer servers and networks;
• Able to work on 24/7 support require to handle BAU Operation;
• Availableto resolve urgent environment problems outside of business hours;
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
• Great organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.

Desired Skill-set

• Work experience in Banking Industry.

Responsibilities

• Involved in installing, configuring, and maintaining servers in a Linux, Windows environment;
• Closely monitorthe health of the Linux, Windows, AIX, VMware servers through both automated and manual processes;
• Responsible for performing server hardware maintenance and upgrades;
• Prompt in taking timely action to resolve or escalate to the next level for investigation;
• Create and maintain documentation for procedures, configurations, and programs;
• Provide technical support and guidance to end users, addressing inquiries, resolving problems, and offering training as needed.
