We are seeking an experience System Engineer to manage the operations for the technical side of the project while providing solutions mainly in Physical Security Technologies, in accordance with company procedures, including the improvement of productivity, schedule, delivery, customer satisfaction and safety performance.
Responsibilities
- Worked closely with project manager and other stakeholders to provide assistance and technical support.
- Understand system design, review technical specification.
- Responsible for configuration and setting of system such as CCTV, Video Management software, network switch, WIN Server, etc in our office's staging area.
- Work with other partner's system on the integration to our system.
- Provide remote support to project engineers if there are any issues on network and systems
- Assist Project Manager on preparation of documents such as System Design document, Acceptance test document, training manual, etc.
- Any other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Degree / Diploma in Information Technology or Engineering.
- Preferably with 2 years relevant working experience in a similar role.
- Basic technical knowledge on Networking and Security Systems (CCTV, Card Access) will be an advantage.
- Good communication and coordination skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
