Position: System Engineer (Permanent role)
Salary Range: $4,900 to $8,100/month
Location: East area
Preferred Level: Senior Specialist
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Setup, configure, and maintain computer hardware, networks, and systems.
- Provide IT technical support for end-users on hardware, software, networks, and printers.
- Coordinate with users and IT vendors for IT solutions and service delivery.
- Oversee data protection and cybersecurity functions, ensuring secure system setup and maintenance.
- Assist in the procurement and documentation of IT assets.
- Deliver IT and network support, including system installation, configuration, application upgrades, and software patches.
- Manage Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange, SharePoint, and OneDrive, with responsibilities for user provisioning, licensing, and essential services.
- Implement Microsoft 365 security policies, such as Entra ID, Intune, Purview, Cloud Defender, and MFA.
- Provide support for the Microsoft Windows environment, with experience in troubleshooting and email support.
- Handle other assigned duties as directed by management.
