Technical Expertise: Proficient in managing Windows servers (2019, 2022), Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Exchange (2019 and online) skilled in VMware vSphere (8.x), ESXi, and server hardware management (Dell, Lenovo).
System Administration: Responsible for routine administration tasks, including server monitoring, troubleshooting, patch management, and vulnerability assessments in a Windows Active Directory environment.
Documentation & Training: Produce and maintain documentation for server configurations and processes provide training and technical support to L1 engineers.
On-Call Support: Participate in an on-call rotation for 24/7 coverage of critical systems and issues, ensuring efficient resolution of customer problems.
Project Implementation: Experience in enterprise-level project implementation and support must possess strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Qualifications: Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience and a Professional Certificate, Diploma, or higher in Computer/Telecommunication Engineering or equivalent.
