Job Description

Responsibilities:

Provide technical support, maintenance, and troubleshooting for customer systems, including Servers, PCs, Notebooks, Macs, and Printers.
Travel to customer sites for on-site servicing, maintenance, and troubleshooting tasks.
Installation, configuration, and maintenance of Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure, Acronis Cloud, Sophos Cloud, and other services.
Work closely with the Team Lead on projects involving technologies like CCTV and system solutions, Active Directory, cloud migrations, and file servers to gain hands-on experience.
Document system configurations and ensure all maintenance and troubleshooting tasks are properly logged.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the highest level of service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

At least an ITE/Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
At least 1 year of working experience in a related field is required.
Experience working in a System Integration (SI) environment is a plus.
Candidates with MCSE (Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert) and virtualization experience will have an added advantage.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Windows Server Operating Systems, TCP/IP, DNS, and system issue troubleshooting.
Able to install, configure, and maintain servers and IT infrastructure for maintenance clients.
Willingness to travel to customer locations for servicing and project-related work.
