. Maintaining Unified Comms system through preventive maintenance and follow ups on problem resolutions.
. Attending to user requirements and work with vendor to provide solutions.

. Monitor and manage risks /issues related to technical delivery.
1. Skilled in NICE Engage Voice Recording systems administration.
2. Experienced in various roles in Service Delivery, Vendor Management and Incident / Change Management
