System Management Specialist (Permanent)

• Operation and maintenance of internal systems and developed servers for bank customer.
• Preparation of operational documentation.
• General operation task such as access log reporting, patching work.
• Co-ordinate with vendors and deal with contracts (software licence renewals, hardware maintenance)
• Handling user enquiries

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• General knowledge of on-prem server management, including Vmware.(Must)
• Ability to prepare system design and procedure manuals independently.(Must)
• General knowledge of managing cloud servers.(Nice to have)
• Experience in managing multiple servers, mainly Windows (Must)
• Familiar with ITIL concepts and at least three years experience in operations and maintenance.(Must)

Aptitude:

• Escalating promptly to the appropriate person.
• Willingness to work with the team leader to identify operational issues and proactively undertake improvement activities.

Standby needed to carry out work-arounds of system troubles as they occur, as well as investigate and respond to root cause resolution
