System Operations Lead- Contract/ Non Hybrid

• Lead the system operations team, overseeing the management of both Windows and Linux environments.
• Ensure the availability, performance, and security of Windows and Linux servers.
• Oversee system upgrades, patch management, and regular maintenance activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex system-related issues across both platforms.
• Implement backup, recovery, and disaster recovery solutions for system environments.
• Monitor system performance and resource utilization to optimize operations.
• Manage user access controls, security policies, and system configurations.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to support integration, software deployments, and system enhancements.
• Develop and enforce operational procedures, best practices, and system standards.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior administrators, fostering a skilled and cohesive team.

Requirement

• Min bachelors degree holder
• Atleast 10 years of experience in server administration
• Must have lead experience
• Hands on experience in administering Windows & Linux Servers.
• Good To have experience in AD, VMWare, Nutanix.
• Able to multi task
