Job Description:

Summary

To provide primary support for manufacturing operations through effective maintenance support and ensuring optimal production equipment uptime and Performs job functions in a safe manner under 3M policies and practices.

To perform routine and non-routine maintenance work as assigned, diagnose, analyze, troubleshoot, service and repair production process equipment and facility support equipment.

Responsible for ensuring that all proper documentation is updated and ready for use as required by ISO 9000 standards.

Responsibilities

Percentages of time spent are estimates and may vary for individual positions.

1. To perform routine and non-routine maintenance work as assigned, diagnose, analyze, troubleshoot, service and repair production process equipment and facility support equipment (Calibrating circuits, systems and devices used in the measurement and controlled) (65%)

2. Perform all documentation of programs, electrical drawings. Ensure all documentation are updated to the data management system and ready for use as required by ISO 9000 standards. All preventive maintenance documentation is updated and ready for use as required by ISO 14001 and OSHA 18001 certification. (15%)

3. Performs improvement project and machine modification project (MOC) as assigned. (20%)
