Systems Administrator

Role Summary: Manage and support IBM FileNet, Datacap, and WebSphere applications. Ensure high availability and performance of document management systems, manage permissions, handle backup/recovery, and resolve application issues.

Responsibilities:

• Manage FileNet and Datacap environments for document processing and storage.
• Perform application support tasks, including user permissions, soft/hard deletions, and document extraction.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot IBM WebSphere Application Server on Linux and Windows platforms.
• Collaborate with DevOps for seamless deployments and upgrades.

Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in FileNet and WebSphere administration.
• Proficient in Datacap, SQL, LDAP, and knowledge of high-availability configurations.
• Experience with tools like TOAD, WinSCP, and Xming.
