Job Description
Degree in Information Technology or equivalent
Must have minimum 5 -8 years of experience in Identity and Access Management and End User device management
Must have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Endpoint Manager, OKTA and AD
Must have experience in Managing end user devices and operating systems including Windows, MacOS, iOS, Android
Must have strong knowledge in Endpoint Security and compliance
Must have experience in Cloud based collaboration
Must have experience in Powershell scripting, API scripting and automation
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
