Systems Engineer, Video Intelligence

As aSystems Engineer (Networks), you will be responsible for the managing and implementing of large-scale IT/ Engineering projects with quality, within scope and to ensure deliverables are on time and conform to processes and standards meeting customer's requirements.

What will you do

• Perform basic administration and check to ensure system is running as expected in terms of performance and security.
• Generation of Monthly Reports
• Serve as the Technical Support expert and capable of handling escalations, incidents, outages and infrastructure challenges.
• Develop & maintain technical and configurations documentation
• Evaluate and upgrade firewall hardware and/or firmware
• Support Level 1 Engineers during problem determination and resolution whenever necessary.
• Maintains standard operating procedures (SOP), processes and guidelines.
• Willing to do 24 X 7 standby

The ideal candidate should possess:

• Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Engineering / Information Technology, or the related field.
• At-least 1 years working experience in IT Support, Network, Systems, Cyber Security type function.
• Familiar with Cisco data center switches, Routers and Firepower
• Strong knowledge on firewall and network infrastructure topology
• Ability to work independently or as a team player.
