The Opportunity :
We are seeking a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join our Human Resources team in Singapore. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the dynamic needs of our organization. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of recruitment and selection best practices, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a passion for partnering with the business to deliver outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent into positions at all levels of the organization.
- Collaborate and consult with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and utilize your influence and expertise to recommend the most effective methodology for sourcing and assessing candidates.
- Apply various sourcing methods including social media, networking, and employee referrals to find potential candidates
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified diverse candidates for future job openings
- Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidates suitability and fit for the role.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, which includes providing timely feedback to candidates and maintaining communication with them during the hiring process.
- Promote the company's employer brand to attract high-quality candidates. - Participate in job fairs, career events, and other networking opportunities to build the company's reputation as an employer of choice.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to extend job offers to selected candidates. and manage the offer acceptance process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system
- Work with HR and hiring managers to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires. Provide new hires with the necessary information and resources to facilitate their integration into the company.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment activity. Provide regular reports on recruitment activities and outcomes to management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, HR team members, and other stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition. - Continuously seek opportunities to improve recruitment processes and outcomes.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Extensive talent sourcing/recruitment work experience in a corporate organization and/or agency environment
- Experience of recommending and utilizing different selection techniques
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels
- High level of attention to detail
