Position Overview

The Talent Acquisition Director will lead the organization's global talent acquisition strategy for non-tech business verticals, ensuring we attract, hire, and retain top talent to drive our business forward. This role involves developing and implementing innovative recruiting strategies, managing the recruitment team, and collaborating with leadership to meet the company's workforce needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with business goals and market trends.
  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing recruitment team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with senior leadership and department heads to identify hiring needs and create tailored recruitment plans.
  • Employer Branding: Enhance the company's employer brand through effective marketing strategies, social media presence, and participation in industry events.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
  • Data Analysis: Utilize analytics to measure recruitment effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and adjust strategies accordingly.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful recruitment strategies.
  • Strong understanding of labor market trends, talent sourcing, and best practices in recruitment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
