Talent Acquisition Director PB/Wealth

We are partnering with a premium Asia HQ financial services business to appoint a commercial and pro-active Talent Acquisition Director into their growing high performing Family Office.

This individual will be responsible for managing Talent Acquisition end-to-end with a focus on largely hiring Relationship Managers directly across South-east Asia.

This will suit someone who is comfortable operating in a hands-on direct 360 Recruiter role, with a strong international RM network across Asia. This individual must be comfortable operating within a fast paced, growing and entrepreneurial environment.

This is a fabulous opportunity for a seasoned and ambitious recruiter who has a track record operating in a Regional Private Banking / Wealth TA Lead VP, SVP or D role in another financial services organization that wants to have an impact and help truly shape and grow an ambitious and highly regarded firm.
