Talent Acquisition Executive (Oil & Gas, WEST)

Our client is a publicly listed company in the oil & gas offshore engineering industry. They are currently expanding their business and are looking for a talented individual to support the Talent Acquisition team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the recruitment process from start to finish.
• Plan and execute recruitment strategies.
• Source candidates through various channels.
• Maintain relationships with recruitment agencies.
• Keep an updated database of potential candidates.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in HR or related field.
• 4+ years of HR experience in Talent Sourcing and Acquisition.
• Strong knowledge of social media and online recruitment.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient in using applicant tracking systems.
• Prefer candidates residing in the West area.
