Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire recruitment process, from screening candidates and conducting interviews to matching them with suitable roles and arranging interviews.
• Work closely with corporate clients to understand and fulfill their hiring needs.
• Build strong, ongoing relationships with clients and develop a solid understanding of various industries and job requirements.
• Support the Manager in carrying out additional assigned tasks to achieve recruitment targets.
