Job Description

As a NCS Talent Acquisition Intern, you get to partake & experience the day-to-day work and processes the Talent Acquisition team handle. You will also get to learn about the company's business, different tech industries and various roles and functions. As an Early Talent yourself, you will also immense in Early Career events.

You will be supported by an Early Career mentor during your assignment, and also a Reporting Officer (RO) to guide and teach you the ropes of a talent acquisition professional.

What will you do

  • Research and analyse: Draft up job descriptions and specifications to attract top talents
  • Assist and prepare recruitment materials: Be involved in creating engaging content for recruitment publicity and events
  • Candidate sourcing: Use various recruitment channels such as databases, Linkedin to find the best candidates
  • Screening resumes and profiles: Identify quality profiles that matches the hiring needs
  • Conduct Market Research: Analyze recruitment trends and industry best practices to suggest improvements.
  • Provide insights and suggestions: Share your perspective on how we can improve our employer branding
  • NCS Talent Ambassador: Represent and promote our brand internally and externally
  • Campus and early careers events: Participate and support campus / early careers events and recruitment fairs

A little about you:

  • Currently pursuing Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, HR or any open fields
  • Have a strong passion for connecting people with their dream careers
  • Keen interest in People and Talent-related conversations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Possess an out-going personality
  • Confident to deliver presentations or join in public speaking engagements on campus
  • Independent learner and proactive problem solver
  • Able to bring in fresh and innovative ideas
  • Meticulous and produce high quality of work
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Customer-oriented and a team player
  • Suave in technology aspects from automation and/or social media engagements has an added advantage
  • Knowledge of IT programming languages have an added advantage
  • Must be able to commit to a minimum of 5 months full-time internship

Commencement date: December 2024 / January 2025 onwards
