Part of this process includes developing our Talent Acquisition team, to serve COS, Monki, Weekday, & Other Stories, and Arket within the Portfolio. This team will collaborate with stakeholders to enhance business growth by effectively attracting, hiring, engaging, and retaining talent with the necessary skills to secure our future.
As a Talent Acquisition Lead, your role will include the implementation of talent acquisition strategies within various markets. Reporting to a Regional TA Manager, you will collaborate with store Area Teams to tailor the strategy based on their needs. Additionally, you will lead a team of TA Partners and Recruitment Coordinators, working towards achieving recruitment goals and contributing to key performance indicators (KPIs).
Job Description
Recruit and retain a high calibre team; undertaking regular performance reviews, appraisals, reward reviews and setting development goals.
Coordinate communication with area teams, verify TA process implementation, provide updates, and collect feedback as needed
Analyse and follow up recruitment KPIs, coach your TA Partners & Area Teams to identify areas of strength and opportunity, ensuring appropriate actions are being taken to drive the talent acquisition function forward
Partner with your TA Partners & Area Teams to implement talent acquisition strategies in local markets and ensure there is effective workforce plan in place to secure the right resources are available at the right time
Responsible for the recruitment & onboarding process for various office persona roles, ensure candidates and hiring managers receive a positive experience
Guide hiring managers on the best way to recruit, offer recommendations and provide them with useful insights. Secure their commitment to secure the right candidates are selected, within an agreed timeline
Set recruitment budgets for the year and follow up with each area to ensure all spend is within parameters
Activate local recruitment marketing campaign including job fair and digital campaign
Qualifications
As a specialist in a multibrand network organization, you face various demands. Your strength lies in understanding stakeholders and involving them effectively. Additionally, your excellent communication skills allow you to adapt to the needs of the stakeholders you encounter.

You are a self-starter, have a yes-we-can attitude and are comfortable with working with uncertainty, or limited information.
For this role, we are particularly interested in candidate who has:
Experience working in a recruitment or HR related role within head office/area team with extensive knowledge within the Talent Acquisition area
Experience working with multiple markets and building relationship with stakeholders, manage expectations; understand stakeholder desires, needs, and requirements
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively adapt messages to diverse audiences, level of seniority and different stakeholders needs.
Excellent English language skills, both verbal and written
Proven leadership abilities and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational, analytical and decision-making abilities with a curious and prestige-less approach to problem solving.
The ability to shift and prioritize between strategic work and hands on operational tasks
Experience from one of the Portfolio Brands is advantageous
