We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment operations, drive efficient talent acquisition processes, and manage relationships with external recruitment vendors. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in talent acquisition operations, vendor management, and strategic hiring initiatives, bringing a data-driven approach to identifying, attracting, and retaining top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition Operations
o Develop, implement, and optimize end-to-end recruitment strategies and processes to ensure a seamless candidate experience and a timely hiring process.
o Oversee applicant tracking system (ATS) functionality and maintenance to ensure accurate data capture and reporting on hiring metrics.
o Monitor key recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire, and use insights to drive continuous improvement.
o Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs and align recruitment strategies accordingly.
o Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations in all hiring processes.
2. Vendor Management
o Establish and manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, job boards, and other talent vendors to ensure high-quality service and optimal costs.
o Negotiate contracts with vendors and regularly evaluate vendor performance, ensuring that service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
o Conduct periodic vendor audits to assess performance, pricing, and quality, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
o Develop strategies for utilizing different sourcing channels, including agencies, job boards, and niche recruitment services, to maximize talent pool access.
3. Strategic Talent Acquisition Initiatives
o Lead talent acquisition projects, including employer branding, diversity recruitment, and proactive talent pipelining, to support long-term business goals.
o Analyze market trends and competitor hiring practices to ensure competitive positioning and innovation in talent acquisition efforts.
o Partner with HR leadership and other stakeholders to build an employer value proposition that resonates with candidates and supports our commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI).
4. Team Leadership and Development
o Manage and mentor a team of recruiters, providing guidance, performance feedback, and development opportunities.
o Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture within the talent acquisition team, encouraging the use of best practices and continuous learning.
o Lead team meetings and provide regular updates to senior leadership on hiring progress and talent acquisition challenges.
Requirements:
. Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field advanced degree or HR certification is a plus.
. Experience: Minimum of 10 years in talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a management or lead role.
. Technical Skills: Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), vendor management platforms, and HR analytics tools.
. Soft Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with strong project management abilities.
. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with trends and best practices in talent acquisition, vendor management, and employer branding.
. Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and operationally, balancing big-picture goals with tactical execution.
