Recruiting process support, including but not limited to posting job advertisement, coordinating background checks, conducting candidate resume screening, etc.
Track candidate pipeline activity in a timely manner and report back to necessary internal stakeholders.
Data tracking and monitor data integrity through various trackers and systems, resolve data discrepancies, address and flag report findings to leadership and internal stakeholders.
Analyse key recruiting metrics to identify gaps and improvement areas, create reports when needed.
Drive process improvement projects in collaboration with cross-functional teams in the region.
Present problem finding and providing necessary training support to recruiting teams to ensure continuous improvement.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or similar discipline.
At least 3 years of experience in participating in recruiting operations/projects, focused on recruiting process improvements.
Attention to details and ability to navigate ambiguities autonomously.
Excellent in execution and operational rigor, able to drive cross-team collaboration.
