What youll do
The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting top-tier talent in the technology industry. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the tech landscape, a proven track record of success in recruiting technical talent, and a passion for building high-performing teams.
Responsibilities:
Source and identify top-tier tech talent through various channels, including online job boards, social media, and referrals
Evaluate candidates not just for technical skills but also for their fit with our core values
Keep stakeholders, including C-level executives, informed with timely updates on recruitment progress, reflecting our values of taking ownership of our actions and decisions
Collaborate with hiring managers to deeply understand department needs, crafting strategies that embody our pursuit of craftsmanship and innovation
Streamline the recruitment process to quickly secure top talent, demonstrating our commitment to moving fast with conviction
Stay ahead of tech trends to ensure we attract forward-thinking candidates who are committed to driving long-term success
Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, emphasizing our values of ownership and never settle
Leverage recruitment metrics to drive continuous improvement, aligning our hiring practices with our core principle of optimizing for long-term value, ensuring we not only meet but exceed our recruitment goals.
Who you are
We're looking for people who meet the minimum qualifications for this role. The preferred qualifications are great to have, but are not mandatory.
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, computer science, or a related field
7+ years of experience in technical recruiting, including leadership roles within the Engineering division
Strong understanding of the tech industry and its hiring landscape
Proven track record of successfully recruiting top-tier tech talent
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with high attention to detail
Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in recruiting tools and software
