We are looking for talented individuals to join the Talent Acquisition team for a 12 month contract position based in Singapore.
Responsibilities:
As a Talent Acquisition Sourcer for HR4HR team, you will:
- Manage sourcing for multiple, complex searches to find and engage talents in Human Resources field of all levels;
- Work in tandem with talent acquisition partners, hiring managers and other talent sourcers to meet and exceed business objectives and manage stakeholder relationships;
- Support various hiring projects, such as strategizing sourcing talent pipelines (via LinkedIn, boolean searches, and alternative search techniques);
- Conduct complex data analysis and share up-to-date, accurate, and value-adding market intelligence to business leaders to support business growth;
- Own the interview scheduling process and maintain clear lines of communication between candidates and hiring teams;
- Be the ambassador of ByteDance's culture, ensuring all candidates leave with a positive impression of our organization.Minimum Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of recruitment experience;
- Highly proficient and excellent communication skills;
- Tech savvy, strong sourcing skills and proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter;
- Good time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple openings in different regions simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior talent acquisition experience in corporate functions or marketing roles;
- Preferably has in-house experience.
