Job Scope :
. Perform staffing activities for clients from various industries
. Perform 180 degree or full recruitment cycle from advertising, screening, interviewing, recommendations to successful placements
. Propose and quote clients on the placement rates for various positions and salary tiers.
. Service existing clients and to source for new businesses
. Established clients rapport and loyalty through service quality
. Conduct market research and competitive analysis in the recruitment industry
. Handle grievances, complaints and performance issues from candidates and clients alike
. Achieve Individual & Company sales targets

Requirements :
. Possess a Diploma/Degree in any field
. Preferably with CEI qualification. Those without certificate are welcomed to apply.
. Preferably with 1-2 years recruitment and/or sales experience.
. Target Oriented
. Have the passion to do sales and affinity to achieve targets
. Extroverted personality and keen to communicate with all walks of life
. Achieve Individual & Company sales targets

. Familiar with MS Office applications.
