Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with Hiring Managers to understand and define staffing needs and role requirements.
  • Establish and refine selection criteria tailored to each position.
  • Plan and execute the end-to-end recruitment process, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews.
  • Craft job descriptions and interview questions that align with each role's specifications.
  • Recommend competitive salary packages to management and hiring managers.
  • Extend offers to selected candidates, ensuring smooth communication and negotiation as needed.
  • Oversee the contract-signing process and coordinate onboarding activities.
  • Maintain and provide regular updates on recruitment progress to relevant stakeholders.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role, with expertise in full-cycle recruiting.
  • Proficiency in leveraging social media, resume databases, and professional networks to source candidates.
  • Strong familiarity with Singapore MOM employment laws.
  • Experience with various interviewing techniques and evaluation methods.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Sheets.
