Job Responsibilities

Recruiting:


Support end to end recruitment activities for assigned departments on position not limited to Technician or Associate Engineer.
Source prospective candidates utilizing various methods including social recruiting channels, networking, direct sourcing, etc.
Handle interview arrangements and interview evaluation follow-up
Manage hiring expectations, offers through to offer letter acceptance
Recruitment dashboard and status monitoring and tracking
Manage system onboarding process, collection of documentation for HR P-filing
Assist with recruitment events and programs
Assist with recruitment process workflow improvements
Work closely with HR teams on recruitment processes and hand over of new hires after system onboarding.

Employer Branding & Campus:

Support various initiatives on university relations and campus recruitment (events, internships, and graduate program), employee referral & ambassador program, multitier employer branding strategy and execution, company reviews and rankings, social media marketing & analytics, digitized candidate experience.
Partner key HR and business stakeholders in delivering a consistent, best-in-class employee experience across markets
Partnered with different departments for strategic recruitment marketing targeting urgent and niche roles.
Job Requirements
Degree in any discipline.
Min 2 years in-house recruitment experience.
Experience recruiting for Semiconductor or Electronics industry is highly preferred.
Ability to manage all levels of stakeholders (e.g. Engineers, Managers, Department Heads etc.)
Team player and the ability to multi-task.
Strong communication, coordination and follow up skill.
Highly driven individual who is able to work independently.
Able to start work immediately or on short notice.
