What You'll be Doing

  • Global and regional policy development: Understand the company's business, align with business strategies and global strategies, and design corresponding localized HR strategies and policies.
  • COE projects: Participate in global/regional COE (Center of Excellence) projects including but not limited to total rewards, performance management and talent development; develop and periodically optimize structured policies in HR modules.
  • Market research and benchmarking: Conduct research on industry benchmarking and best-practices to enhance HR policy relevance and effectiveness.
  • COE solutions: Provide COE expertise and solutions to ensur by interacting with management and HRBPs; Support the implementation of comprehensive HR solutions at the group level.
  • Payroll overall management: Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure payroll is executed correctly and complies with country-specific laws; handle payroll submissions, including salary adjustments, bonuses, and deductions.

Who We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree or above from an accredited university in Human Resources, Finance, Mathematics, Business, or equivalent practical experience.
  • At least 3 years of Payroll overall management, with a strong understanding of Singapore's HR policies, laws, and regulations.
  • 5+ years of experience in at least two modules will be sufficient, such as applying Job evaluation and benchmarking methodology, Total rewards design , Performance management, Talent development; preferably in a large internet company or a multinational company.
  • Self-motivated, strong in analytical thinking, responsible, approachable, and able to adapt to the fast-paced work environment of a rapidly growing company.
  • Strong analysis/quantitative skills and the ability to translate analysis into actionable tasks; Detail-oriented and analytical mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
