Talent Experience Manager
As a Talent Experience Manager, youll be pivotal in leading, developing, managing and overseeing Maker Labs talent development and engagement strategies across APAC. Youre a self-driven and ambitious individual who can navigate a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
Youll be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating employee development programs to enhance the skills, knowledge, and performance of the workforce according to the evolving competency models. This role focuses on identifying and addressing skill gaps, fostering a learning culture, and supporting employee career growth.
Another key area is talent engagement, fostering a sense of community within our micro-agency teams and building programmes and initiatives based on our values and cultures. To be successful in this role, you need to have experience in L&D, talent engagement, and understand talent journey in a high-growth environment.
Talent Development
Program Design and Development: Design and develop a wide range of learning and development programs, including onboarding, leadership development, technical skills training, and soft skills training.
Program Delivery: Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and other learning activities, by engaging external or internal partners.
Evaluation: Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and make recommendations for improvements.
Performance Management: Collaborate with managers to align development plans with performance goals.
Competency Upkeep: Evolve the competency technical and core skills required according to changing and evolving needs of the organization and talent skills.
Talent Engagement
Engagement Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive talent engagement strategy aligned with the company's mission, values, and business goals.
Employee Experience: Design and execute initiatives to enhance the employee experience throughout the entire lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
Recognition and Rewards: Develop and manage recognition and rewards programs to acknowledge and celebrate employee achievements and contributions.
Culture Building: Foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative workplace culture that aligns with the company's values.
You:
At least 6+ years of experience as a Talent Management, Talent Engagement, and/or L&D consultant
Professional certifications in learning and development, training or organisational development.
Experience working in a high-growth company, startup or technology companies
Experience with marketing, advertising and communication job functions
Experience with change communications and deploying the right messages to the employees using appropriate communication tools
Proven experience in creating learning and development programmes and a framework for deploying these programmes to the employees.
Able to engage with and motivate business stakeholders at all levels.

Positive mindset with impeccable influencing and consulting skills.
Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
Critical thinker with problem-solving skills, requiring little supervision.
