As Talent Manager, you will lead the Talent Operations team across the following functions:
Talent Operations
Implement systems and processes to ensure that all Business As Usual (BAU) processes (e.g. payroll, onboarding, offboarding, promotion and increments, performance review, etc.) are tightly managed and with low error rates
Regularly review our key Talent systems and software to ensure that they are relevant and support the changing needs of each venue and the group
Lead group-wide payroll processing and ensures salary payments are accurate and timely
Lead the administration of various human resources programs and activities, including record-keeping, and employee files
Lead the implementation of ongoing staff engagement surveys and Annual Great Place to Work survey
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to human resources, including local labour laws, government compliance regulations, and affirmative action plans
Business Partnering
Serve as a thought partner for our Venue Leaders for their Talent needs including manpower planning, hiring, performance management, and staff conflict resolution
Talent Development
Implement and maintain development modules for staff across different levels in the group
Maintain and enhance our performance review processes and tie them in with a framework that supports a personalised development and goal-setting plan for each staff
Support our leaders to adopt a kind and firm approach towards under-performers setting clear development goals and timelines to achieve them
