Challenges:

Sourcing and screening of candidates, coordinating interviews for candidates to be interviewed by Account Managers.

Perform sourcing activities base on company's current order listing.

Assist Recruiters and Account Managers with Profiling Duties.

What it Takes:

No experience required as training will be provided

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Independent, takes initiative, and fast learner

Self-motivated, driven, and willingness to learn

Meticulous and detail-oriented
