Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing Candidates: Use job boards, social media, and other platforms to identify and engage with potential candidates.
- Candidate Screening: Conduct initial screenings to ensure candidates meet the qualifications for the roles you are sourcing.
- Collaboration with Talent Acquisition Partner: Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Partner to ensure candidates are successfully presented to clients.
- Talent Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a pipeline of top candidates for current and future roles.
Qualifications
- Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI) is required.
- Proven experience in talent sourcing, recruitment, or candidate engagement, ideally in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Ability to identify and assess talent across a variety of industries and job functions.
- Strong research and sourcing abilities using job boards, social media, and other tools.
- Ability to work independently in a commission-based, remote environment, managing your own time and tasks.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
