How will you value-add
  • Assist in the allocation of jobs for staff within Tax business units and managing various stakeholders as part of the process
  • Monitor staff utilisation rate and prepare monthly reports as necessary
  • Ensure data integrity by updating the resource database promptly and resolving any data discrepancies
  • Process service requests for document management access rights and other business related requests
  • Participate in team discussions and work closely with engagement and technology units for continual process improvements
  • Conduct new staff orientation and assisting in other administrative tasks as required
About you
  • 2 - 3 years of relevant administration work experience
  • Highly motivated and resourceful
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills, confidence and maturity to liaise with all people of all levels
  • Able to work effectively in an environment with multiple stakeholders
  • Good excel skills
