The Role
Tax Analyst - APAC
We are looking for a passionate Tax Analyst to be part of our regional tax advisory team based in Singapore, reporting to the APAC Senior Tax Manager. You will be responsible for providing APAC tax planning and advisory support for our business operations. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, who possesses excellent organization, communication, and analytical skills as well as strong attention to detail, with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities:
Partner closely with cross-functional partners to identify and recommend practical tax solutions that support the business priorities and growth
Research tax issues, prepare technical documents, and assist with tax projects to provide support in the development of business operations in APAC
Assist in reviewing contracts to ensure key tax deal terms are consistent with our global tax structure and our global tax position
Gather data and prepare responses to support tax audits within APAC
Monitor and review tax legislative developments to assess the relevant implications for Netflix
Qualifications:
4+ years of corporate tax advisory/consulting experience, in a tax firm and/or in-house.
Bachelor's degree in accounting, commerce, or law (or equivalent).
A great communicator who is fluent in English. Other regional languages are helpful.
Curious and enthusiastic, not afraid to ask questions and challenge the status quo
Strong technical knowledge of regional tax, preferably relating to the digital or entertainment sectors.
Exposure to international tax and basic transfer pricing principles is a plus
