Overview:
The TCM Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a Traditional Chinese Medicine clinic or branch, ensuring the highest standards of patient care, business performance, and staff management. This role requires a blend of leadership, business acumen, and knowledge of TCM practices to drive the success of the branch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient clinic activities.
- Ensure compliance with local healthcare regulations, TCM protocols, and company standards.
- Manage branch inventory, including herbal products, acupuncture needles, and other supplies.
- Monitor clinic cleanliness, patient safety, and equipment maintenance.
- Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of healthcare professionals, including licensed practitioners, support staff, and administrative personnel.
- Recruit, hire, and train staff in accordance with company policies and TCM best practices.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and implement professional development opportunities.
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by promoting excellent service and addressing any patient concerns or complaints promptly.
- Oversee customer consultations, treatment plans, and follow-ups, ensuring TCM practitioners are providing safe, effective, and appropriate care.
- Assist in promoting customer education about TCM practices, therapies, and health management.
- Drive revenue growth by overseeing clinic sales goals and service offerings.
- Develop strategies to promote TCM services and products (e.g., acupuncture, herbal medicine, cupping therapy) to existing and potential clients.
- Monitor financial performance, track KPIs, and manage budgets for clinic operations.
- Ensure all healthcare practices and treatments are compliant with the relevant medical standards and regulations.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments of the clinic's operations to ensure quality standards are met.
- Ensure proper documentation of patient records and medical histories in accordance with privacy laws.
Qualifications:
- Certification or training in Traditional Chinese Medicine or equivalent (preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in healthcare management, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership position within a TCM clinic or similar setting.
- Strong knowledge of Traditional Chinese Medicine therapies, including acupuncture, herbal medicine, and other related treatments.
- Proven experience in staff management, customer service, and business operations.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and develop a diverse team.
