Responsibilities:
- Assist TCM physicians and health advisors during consultations, ensuring efficient patient care.
- Perform receptionist and administrative duties including patient registration, appointment scheduling, answering phone inquiries, data entry, and filing.
- Ability to dispense herbal medicine to clients based on physician's prescription
- Conduct regular stock-taking of clinic supplies and coordinate with external vendors for logistics.
- Accurately update billing records and reconcile daily collections.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic, including housekeeping
- Potentially work across multiple clinic locations as needed.
- Be open to training for higher-level responsibilities.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- GCE N Level / GCE O Level / NITEC / Diploma with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in a clinic or healthcare setting, or in healthcare product sales, pharmacist is advantageous.
- An interest in and knowledge of TCM and healthcare is a plus.
- Healthcare-related certifications are a plus.
- Strong customer-service mindset with a focus on patient satisfaction.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic IT knowledge and ability to assist with data entry and CRM systems.
