Job summary:

Seeking a TCM Sales Consultant to provide wellness consultations, drive sales, and build client relationships in a supportive, growth-focused environment.

Responsibilities:

• Consult with clients to understand their wellness needs and recommend suitable treatments.
• Promote products, packages, and services to meet monthly sales goals.
• Build strong relationships with clients and maintain follow-up communication to ensure a high level of service.
• Inform clients about our offerings to increase interest and awareness.
• Provide quality service by following up with clients and sending reminders for upcoming treatments.

Requirements:

• Experience in sales within TCM, SPA, wellness, or a similar field.
• Focus on client satisfaction, with a drive to meet sales targets.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with others.
• Available to work on weekends and public holidays.
• Self-driven, goal-oriented, and open to learning and improving.
