Job Responsibilities:

• Access clients health issues and wellness goals
• Utilize specialized therapy techniques and in-house developed equipment to tailor individual treatment plans (training provided).
• Customize and provide advice to clients on basic queries regarding their health condition and treatment plans.
• Assist in daily store operations.
• Evaluate and review clients post-treatment progress.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in alternative therapies / healthcare / spa environment is advantageous.
• Possess an ITEC, NITEC, WSQ, or equivalent massage certification will be advantageous.
• Those with no experience are also welcome to apply
• In-house training provided for all employees
• Exposure to other roles and responsibilities for role upskilling
• Willing to work shifts on public holidays and weekends.

• 具有疗/美容或类似客户务领域验者优先
