We are a Japanese themed cafe located in the heart of CBD, Raffles Place. Our cafe operates only office hours and offer competitive salary with staff benefits and easily accessible location.
Roles and responsibilites include but not limited to
- To be responsible in all duties relevant to a Tearista/Counter Crew.
- Prepare made-to-order beverages and food items professionally and timely.
- To ensure counter area is well-kept and all equipment & bar utensils are washed and cleaned.
- To ensure service standard and customer satisfaction is maintained.
- To assist in daily stocktake and inventory management.
- Assist kitchen when requested by Store Manager.
- Assist in opening and closing duties.
- To ensure that the environment is clean and well maintained.
- To participate in all training programs relevant to the company's businesses.
- Communicate well and work harmoniously with all team members.
Requirements
- At least 2 years experience preparing beverages and food items in a cafe or restaurant.
- Must have experience making hot and cold beverages.
- Preferred to have experience handling coffee machines, cakes, pastries and soft serve ice creams.
- Experience working in a fast pace and demanding environment.
- A proven track record on providing excellent customer service.
- Strong advantage on latte art experience.
